– Should send their student card and/or student letter (in an institutional letter-head paper, signed and stamped by the head of the authority of the institution) before September 15th 2023.

– There will be a limmited number of “Free-of-costs” participation for those students which will present posters. A formal recommendation letter should be sent to the organizing commitee by the supervisor sor head of the departments clearly asking the type of help required by Sept 15th 2023.

Rights provided after the payment:

Instructions for payment

For Peruvians: Peruvian nationals can deposit the corresponding amount in the table to the account of the National University of San Marcos in the Banco de Credito del Peru (BCP). The code for the payment is 138308+DNI (Note that you need to add the number of your DNI). Once the deposit was made, send us an email attaching the copy of the receipt together with a copy of your DNI.

2^nd method: On Site. Foreigners can be also pay on-site during the first day of the conference.

To be considered as late registration, participants should have sent their abstract before Oct 15^th 2023 (see table above).

Exhibition: Exhibitors are welcome to book spaces (4×4 sqm approx.) which includes, a table, two chairs and free WIFI during the period of the conference. The total cost for space is 1000.00 Soles (One thousand soles). For more information contact us by email.
